ASTRONIA
The battleground where people fight justice, for the sake of their own definition of justice. Morality gets warped to the point it becomes the very thing it warned society against. Good and evil twist and distort together and blind the eyes of anybody who seeks clarity. Within all this conflict of swords and words, nobody knows what to believe anymore.
The Troops on the Battlefield
The Birds Of Passage
They built a town of unity up from the ashes around them, only for it to return to ashes. The birds, startled away from their nest, thirst justice so they can rebuild what they call home again.
The Guiding Hands of New Babylonia
Looking from afar, New Babylonia may seem like a shabby attempt of a city, but this stands as the last bastion for Automations to live under a Panadonian rule.
The Followers of Astrianism
People hoped that by lighting a torch of faith and loyalty, they would regain peace, stability and finally bring back the sentinel. This light only emphasised the many plagues of evil that cling onto this god-forsaken land.
The Panadonian Empire
There was once a tale that the sentinel left behind a family of seers when she disappeared into the stars. These seers were believed to have occasionally be possessed by the sentinel to deliver orders that maintained the stability of Asteronia. However, this is only a tale, and whether people pass it off as folly, or credible enough to make an empire ruled by their supposed descendants, is up to interpretation.
La Coterie de la Correction
They know this world will only end in destruction. Whether they'll be able to survive the destruction and live to witness the new beginning is another matter.
The Destruction at Hand
The Crushing is a virus in two senses. It was predominantly known as a bio-virus, distorting bodies to the point they become large fleshy masses, who are unable to escape the pain of the Crushing through death. The first instances of this virus were in the year 2000, with its second variant crawling out twelve years later.
This second variant affected the cyborg-like race: Automations, adapted from humans to withstand the bio-virus. It would affect the data drive of automations, completely wiping out every thought, idea and memory inside it, and it would containate the insides of the automation bodies, corrupting any motherboard inside and reprogramming it to destroy the uncorrupted.
The origins of this virus is unknown, making the Crushing very likely to be a Destruction phenomenon.
